Lou and Greg will discuss techniques, share tips for success and provide hands-on opportunities for participants to get the inside track on how to conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys and planning sessions. You’ll learn how to:

·  Sell a communication audit to senior management
·  Structure your audit
·  Use qualitative and quantitative components
·  Conduct interviews and focus groups
·  Sample a large work force
·  Build a survey
·  Use audit results to shape effective internal communication
